I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of African Economies in the Department of Economics at the University of Oxford. I received my PhD in Public Policy at the School of Public Policy, Oregon State University in June 2026. My current research focuses on economics of education, climate change, child labor, program evaluation, and research ethics. You can read more about my current research here.
In the past, I have worked as an Evaluation Specialist for the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), on transparency, reproducibility and ethical evidence (TREE) and managed international development projects across Asia and Africa. I also co-founded the Data Innovations group at 3ie, which works on pushing the frontiers of evaluation research by using innovative methodologies and data.
